Independent auditors Certified Quality Systems UK Ltd (CQS) conducted a full and rigorous external ISO 9001 audit in July 2009 of both the Gatwick and Woking data centres. As a result of this audit CSQ awarded Kestrel IDM accreditation for a further 12 month period. The quality standard ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality standard by all major countries around the world.

CSQ visited the Kestrel premises and audited all 8 procedures and associated record keeping and management reviews. Staff were randomly interviewed in the work place by CSQ about their knowledge and understanding of the appropriate workflow processes and records keeping.
