Web-based Data Hosting & Electronic Delivery

In addition to providing our customers with access to their data catalogues via the Internet for searching and ordering purposes, data requested for retrieval by customers, once scanned and transcribed, can be delivered electronically either over the Internet or across a high bandwidth dedicated network connection. 

The service of access and delivery can be managed entirely through Kestrel’s DataLink Database Software  from both an internal-operation and a customer-use perspective.

However, the client has the option of maintaining the data on their own system under their own database e.g. importing to an Electronic Document Management System such as Documentum or Lotus Domino. Additionally, as part of their ongoing monthly management fee, where access to data can be made using ASP tools (see MASIV).

Even if the customer chooses to manage the data themselves, Kestrel IDM recommend maintaining a back-up copy at our site to enable data sharing with partners and easier trading or sale of assets.
